HealthTech Week
HealthTech Week is Aotearoa’s national conference for health technology industry and research. With two streams, there is a session for every stage of health technology development.

Women in HealthTech Breakfast - Menopause, Perimenopause and Andropause (Manopause) in the Workplace
Midlife health is increasingly intersecting with peak career stages, yet menopause remains one of the least discussed factors impacting workforce performance, confidence and retention. This Women in Health Tech breakfast panel brings together clinical, workplace and lived experience perspectives to explore how menopause and perimenopause are shaping the modern workforce. Grounded in emerging New Zealand evidence, including insights from The Silent Transition, the discussion will focus on what this means for leaders, teams and organisations, and where practical support and awareness can make a meaningful difference. This session is designed to move beyond awareness, offering a balanced and practical conversation for those leading, working within, and supporting high-performing teams.

Collaborating for Success in AI Health Research

Improving health with AI requires collaboration across disciplines and organisations, drawing on expertise in healthcare, computer science, engineering, data science, social science, and innovation. This workshop aims to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders for an engaging conversation exploring how to enable collaborative AI in health research.

This conference brings that full picture together. We’re inviting submissions from across the sector and the wider community - health, disability, social services, technology, research, education, policy, and industry.
